‘Hybrid’
In his artist’s book ›Hybrid‹ Wolfgang Ellenrieder deals with the question of the ‘doubling of the world’ through the rapid development of digital media and thus puts traditional patterns of perception of real and false, truth and deception as well as subjective ideas of a real world of things up for debate.
The book is published on the occasion of the exhibitions ›Hybrid‹ at the Städtische Galerie Wolfsburg and ›Re-Cycling‹ at the Museum van Bommel van Dam, Venlo.
